In the fall I like to give the exhaust another coat of high temp paint to prevent rusting. Wanna delay replacing all of that exhaust work if possible, keeps rust out of my face when working under the car too.

I have a relay powering my compressor so that it only runs when the lights in the garage are on. This prevents leaving it on while away, and prevents issues with burst hoses or lines.

If you get a gauge at harbor freight, the gauge is small and hard to really read, get a nice big one on ebay that is in the range you want, this one was 0-100 psi

While under the car I saw that the body was showing signs of surface rust that was becoming thick. Wire brushing it helps, but I used the rust reformer by Rustoleum to stop it. This product dries with a nice matte black finish that matches the factory black well.

Popped the ear off the headlight housing. Decided to fix it with JB weld, but how to really brace it, As you can see the screw was run thru the tab and into the housing. The use of a screw both anchors the tab but also increases its strength while the epoxy cures. When gluing plastic, be sure to scratch the surface to allow the glue to have a surface with "TOOTH"

Here is another of the exhaust that i paint in the fall with the high temp aluminum in a rattle can. Lasts about a year and prevents agressive rusting. The bolts that hold the front and back halves together, are replaced with stainless steel, I hate rust.

A quick coat of rust reformer solves the issue. Being too high energy, I did not wait for it to dry thus the glossy look, it dries like the photo of the A arms taken earlier.
