ALso, it is worth mentioning, that any issue that 2-5 psi might cause such as the light coming on when cooler, you should always check with different gauges. I knew someone that was a total nut about air pressure because of something he read. And he kept a gauge in every car, and checked every week. It ended up that the 3 gauges he had would read something like 28,30, and 35 on the same tire. Never trust 1 gauge, or 1 tire pump, if you care about how exact the reading is.

When I joined the family, I observed my F-I-L check his tire pressures and fluid levels every weekend. All fluid levels, not just the oil. I thought that was weird but... when in Rome...
Later on when cars didn't need as much weekly attention, I stopped copying his habits. Perhaps there was a bit of knowledge there that should have stayed in my brain?
