Default Wheel Fitment Question

Looking to get new rims for the Wife's crossfire, the tires are the stock size and brand new, so I am keeping those. Was looking at the following

Front: Rear:

18 by 8 offset 42mm 19 by 9.5 Offset 25mm
or
19 by 8.5 Offset 25mm

Want to get them to be just about flush with the body.

Am I going to need spacers front and rear to achieve that with these rims?

Opinions and info appreciated.

to get those wheels with them offsets to sit flush you will need spacers.

Mine are 19" all round and there 8" ET30 on the front with no spacers and they sit flush and 9" ET32 on the rear where I'm also running 25mm hub centric spacers this makes them sit flush with the arch.

Those sizes your looking at will need 12mm spacers on the front and rear to sit where mine are sitting

Thanks for the info, where did you get your wheel spacers from?

The rears do not matter much but in the front you need to keep the center of the tire patch in the same place or you are liable to develop bump steer.

Mine came fitted with the after market wheels already on it and I've not driven one on stock wheels but I can confirm mine doesn't suffer any issue with bump steer and my wheels definitely sit further out than the stock front wheels

It really just depends on how aggressive you are wishing for the car to be. For example, some people's opinion on what a flush fitting wheel/tire setup looks like may differ from another. I consider my setup to be pretty aggressive for a Crossfire, but i've had previous cars with much more aggressive setups. With that being said, i'd go for the lower offset option you listed.

My car for reference.

That looks awesome

What's the spec's widths, offset's, spacers and tyre sizes?
