Default Wheel size options?

I am looking to buy new AMG wheels for my 05 limited coupe next year. These are what I really like. Power Wheels Pro :: WHEELS for your PREMIER car
Notice they only come in 18x8.5/9.5 or 20x8.5/9.5 with +35mm offset. Here is my question. I want to keep the two size wheel look, so I would have to go with 18" front and 20" rear, in this case. Will 18x8.5 running 235/35/18, 235/40/18, 245/35/18 fit the front. My car is not lowered and I have heard using wheel spacers can mess with the suspension. Being that these wheels are +35mm offset I don't think it would be too big of a problem on the front since the OEM wheels are +35mm as well. For the rear I would like to use the 20x8.5 running 275/30/20 or 275/35/20. Now OEM rear offset is +22mm on a 19" wheel. Would these 20" with the +35mm offset cause a problem with suspension, rubbing the wheel well, or some other concern that I might not be aware of yet. Would there be a way I could use the wheels in the sizes that they offer. Thanks
