Question Best Tire option for performance

I was wondering what tire i should buy to get the Maximum performance on a summer tire. i will be using the stock tire sizes. comfort and noise is not an issue. Also, the longer the tread life, the better.

Michelin ps 2 or super sport. The tread life isn't the best but you can't beat the performance you get out of them.

You may want to consider going to 285/35/19 on rear, many have found that this combination works well and looks great

Tough question to answer. For the race track I'd recommend Kumho Ecsta XS or Hankook RS-3. They don't last long but don't overheat or get slippery when hot. For canyons or street use with occasional craziness, I'm not qualified to answer. I'm a grandpa driver on the street and (insert favorite race car driver name) on the track.
