SRT6 Rotex, Slotted Rotors & SB Brakeline Install Pics
Here are some installation pictures of the Rotex Gold pads, slotted rotors & Goodridge braided brake lines I Installed on my SRT6 last weekend. BTW - I refilled the brake system with ATE SuperBlue Racing Fluid.
I do noticed (just) a little more bite when I first apply the brakes (after initial seating) but the dust is WAY down and the dimpled & slotted rotors whooosh (but mostly for looks)!
The SB brake lines and racing fluid are for peace of mind should I ever get into a situation where I need the added performance.
I decided on blue for the caliper paint because I felt red would be too much for the Aero Blue Coupe and I think it came out OK. Better then the stock black plus I got a couple of positive comments but know they not the "norm". Perhaps the next brake job I will break the calipers down have them powder coated silver.
There are more pics in my gallery.

There a lots of aftermarket options for Drilled/Slotted/Dimpled rotors for the base/limited. Very little options for the SRT.
Front Brakes
SRT-6 = 13" X 1.25" Vented with Dual Piston Calipers
Base = 11.8" X 1.1" Vented with Single Piston Calipers
Rear Brakes
SRT-6 = 11.8" X .87" Vented with Opposed Piston Calipers
Base = 10.9" X .35" Solid with Opposed Piston Calipers

Yes, the brakes do feel slightly more responsive.
I originally planed to just replace the brake pads with the Rotex Gold, but the rotors needed to be resurfaced and I wanted to eliminate the rust factor.
Then, for only $75 more I could get them dimpled and slotted.
Then, I did not like the black calipers and pulled them off to paint.
Then I thought, might as well do the brake lines since the calipers are off.
Then I thought, now I need new brake fluid, might as well use ATE Superblue.
Then... my wallet was empty!

Now, if I could just figure how to get my XF down the hall and into the bedroom...
BTW - I think my security deposit is toast.

But the fridge still dispenses beer.
