central locking problem
After checking all the fuses are good the first place I would check would be in the boot. Lift up the carpet and peer down the edges of the foam inserts, particularly on the driver side. The central locking module is under there, its also where water collects. Have a search on the forum there are lots of thread s about it.

Re: central locking problem
Well never mind my comment in the other thread.. Think the end result here for others has been new skreem module fun and games with the dealer.. see if they can get that "unique" id from the old skreem before touching anything else.. then you wont have to get new key with it.. they can input that code to the replacement module.
All I can throw in with this.. seems the first time I read about the burn in.. it was 3 hours on the charger and dash lit up.
