Crossfire Documentation Collection
re: Crossfire Documentation Collection
We have a new document to add to the library - the Chrysler Crossfire Student Reference Book from the DaimlerChrysler Academy School of Technical Training as discussed in this thread --> https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...ence-book.html
Right click HERE and "save as" or "save link as" etc depending on your browser and you'll have your very own copy. A big "thank you" to onehundred80 for getting this to me so I could post it up for everyone.
Hopefully MMZ_TimeLord will see this and add it to the list in the first post of this thread.

Lost in space or what, maybe he has morphed and we are unaware of his new identity.
He's always got good info and a good laugh.

Another addition to the Original Post.
I've put up my "Wheel Stuff" XLS file that I use to calculate the changes with different rims. This came about after the numerous questions on this site, others and some personal friends.
At the very top of the sheet is a LARGE chart of profiles and tire heights as well as sidewall heights chart.
The meat of the sheet is the wheel calculator, it lets you put in an OEM configuration and will give you overall wheel/tire height as well as tire width in inches as well as the millimeters you plug in.
When you add a non-OEM configuration below the OEM, it will give you the differences and allow you to plug in spacer sizes that adjust the final numbers as well. It also gives you the differences of the rim size larger or smaller than the OEM. This includes the tire widths as well.
Hope that it is a useful tool for people here.
Cheers!

Something went wrong here, we knew you were gone, but nobody missed you. Just kidding you.
Welcome back.

Mike-in-Orange,
Here is a link to a Mopar/MB part number cross reference PDF file that we may want to add to the documents list...... this PDF lists the Mopar#/MB#/name for pretty much every Mopar/MB part....
it is sorted on Mopar# so that makes it easy for looking up Crossfire part numbers and getting the MB#...

re: Crossfire Documentation Collection
Okay... so ... I'm back. Kinda.
I learned about three weeks ago I have Stage 2 Hodgkin's Disease. Very treatable and VERY high cure rate. So far Chemotherapy has been very mild for me. Second infusion on the 31st.
Well wishing is fine, but to me, at this point, it's just an annoyance I have to get through.
That being said. I have all the parts catalogs up on my web space and will be updating the OP shortly to reflect that. EDIT: OP Updated
Thanks goes to user "rekcah" for the find and hosting the files up until now.

re: Crossfire Documentation Collection
Hello everyone,
I've gone back through the thread and see I've missed a few items and needed to correct some credit notations.
First, my apologies to onehundred80. His contributions came through others and I did not realize he was the original finder. Kudos dude!
I've also added the Crossfire tool reference sheet contributed by ppro. He also has a website with some wonderful pictures of all the tools. If I can I'll rip the site and embed it in my commercial space as a backup. Invaluable info there! Thanks ppro!
Next up is the Mopar - Mercedes Benz parts cross reference document. Thanks MikeR!
If anyone has any other items in the thread that I've missed PLEASE PM me and I'll send you my gmail so we can get a copy up for everyone.
Cheers!

One of our members mentioned that he could not download the NAV image files. I found a glitch in my new linux hosting on GoDaddy. Thanks Ken!
That issue has been corrected. If anyone else finds a broken link in the future, please email me immediately.
Cheers!

Hey Jody. My pleasure! Thanks for fixing the links for the CDs. That's a HUGE help. And, overall, it's a pleasure to have helpful folks like you on the forum. As a new owner (2005 limited roadster, 6k miles!), I'm really excited with this car, and want to be as prepared as possible to address any issues that come up.
Thanks again!
-Ken
