Exclamation Top timing is off?

2005 SRT6 Roadster, Top won't go up correctly. I can get it back down and in the correct final position with the boot closed and no warning light. When I try to put the top up it stops about 1/2 to3/4 of the way up and stops, then I get the warning light and alarm/beeping. If I pause and continue to try and close the top will go too far and actual hit the top of the cowl/windshield. the back window is not in the correct position and the automatic boot is in the up position.

Have you checked the fluid level in the D/S rear container? I'm not familiar with the roadster workings but it sems to me it isn't finishing the cycle the first time, maybe running out of fluid mid cycle? Member pizzaguy is the guru on the roadster tops, you might send him a pm? Good luck!
