Exclamation Passenger Side Floorboard Leak

I've read a few posts about this on here.. the issue I'm dealing with is water draining down from somewhere into my passenger floorboard. I removed the windshield wiper cowl & the drains don't seem to be stopped up. However, I did find that there was a massive hole under the cowl - one that looks like it should have a cover. I'll attach pictures. My question is, has anyone found an actual OEM (not makeshift) cover for this hole? I have seen the post where the guy made one out of plexi glass and drilled holes in it.

After a deeper dive.. turns out the drains were clogged. Not all the way, but clogged nonetheless. Took a wire bottle cleaner and a water hose to it. Hoping this will solve the problem. Just blows my mind that they would leave a huge hole like that open...

I would make sure you check in the floorboard and take a look at the TCM for corrosion in the connectors and water damage. I don't know what model and trim you have but the amplifier to the stereo resides there as well on certain models like my SRT.
Took me a minute to find the thread I was talking about

THAT IS NOT A HOLE!!! It is the air inlet for your A/C. If you block that off you will not have any air conditioned air. You will see that it is actually a door and it should open and close as to were you place the inside, outside air recirculating switch on your A/C control.
