Angry RCM & Cooling Fan

I bought an 04 Crossfire 2 years ago, no
real issues. Last month car wouldn’t start. Put new battery and alternator on and decided to instal new water pump, belt, pulleys, thermostat and hoses. Car started ran great but no AC. Diagnosis determined clutch on AC went bad. Replaced AC compressor, drier, expansion valve. AC worked for a day. Noticed the cooling fan was not coming on under hood with AC on or after engine warmed up. Replaced fan and fan controller with new ones. Still nothing. With this being the case the engine will run top hot, AC doesn’t function properly. Disconnected battery piled RCM, soldered all the connections, cleaned contacts on all relays in RCM. Once installed, I started the car. AC worked, engine cooling fan came on, car acted perfectly no overheating on 10 mile test drive. Got home let idle for 15 minutes all good. Turned Car off. Drove it again after about an hour still all working. This morning car starts AC. comes on but engine cooling fan will not. Car is driving me crazy. Any suggestions? Could the RCM just be bad?
