Question signal light trouble shooting!

So i Turn on the Emergency light today for short period, wasn't able to turn it off at once. After turning of the emergency light off, i found i can't turn on signal light at all. however, it only work when I'm holding emergency light button.
I tried killing my battery, no success or any change in condition.
What should i fix or replace to solve this problem?

Were the flashers still working when you turned them off, do they work now? Are batteries in season there? Do you need a tag?

No, front and rear signal light and indicator arrow doesn't work all togther. Unless I hold down emergency light.(hold firm without releasing it)
also, emergency light only turns off after more than 8 push. (button light turned off, but it keep flash)

signal light works only with emergency. turn light **** only activates when holding emergency button.
I replaced my battery 2days ago.

Well, here is the schematic ( if it helps ).
I for one cannot figure out how the BCM and hazard switch interact ...... ( "turn signal monitored ground" ? )

Maybe F4 in the ICM is blown ?

If F4 were blown I don't think he would have any lights by holding down the switch. If that switch is readily available I think I would swap it out. He says he has to push very hard on it and press it multiple times to turn it off.

Would this be for the light out indicator to go on if there is no complete circuit sensed?
Electronically I am a dunce.

After replacing fuse, the signal light works again. I saw some other people saying replacing F4 does not help on other thread, that was because on SRT-6 F4 fuse is located on F9 location according to that picture which i also saw on previous thread.
However, i still need to try multiple push to turn off panic button
when i un-press the panic button, the light on button goes off, but it still flash on indicator and bulbs.
If i turn off the engine, un-pressing panic does not turn off the button light also.

On srt-6, spare fuse was on top row of ICM which made me to think my ICM box was upside down, resulting replacing F-9 fuse. It was no success of course, so i read the chart and replace the fuse into right location and made success on it.
