Default Polyurethane filling motor mounts

At 114K miles my motor mounts officially need to be replaced. I ordered a cheap set on Ebay and was looking into doing a polyurethane fill. I've been reading up on making some and a lot of people swear by 3M Window Weld, so I bought two tubes. There's a few posts on here about making them but using 2 part urethane and have received mixed results. Is the process as simple as draining the fluid out and then refilling with the urethane? The transmission mount will be super easy to fill but I'm not 100% sure what to do with the motor mounts. Any advice?
