Default Sluggish when cold.

I don't drive my car every day because our PT Cruiser is our daily driver/grocery getter. Now that it's gotten cold, it seems that my Crossfire is kind of slow/sluggish until it warms up (15 minutes or so of driving). It's a crime I know, but my car usually only gets out of the garage once a week.

Is this normal? Our PT Cruiser doesn't feel slow at all after starting it up and cruising almost immediately in the cold.
