Richard, you were 100% right about how to remove and reverse the switch. Thanks for posting the pics!!!

I did take it one step further tho... after you reverse the switch the icon is now upside down at the bottom of the switch. Carefully from the side, pry the top part off the switch, reverse it and put it back on. The icon is now back on the top part of the switch as well. Push the top of the switch, window goes up... push on the bottom, window goes down.

PS: jsisabella... march right back to your dealer and have him check how the power window switches work on all the other models on his lot.

The switch on some Xfire's "are" installed ***-backwards.

Tell him all he has to do to fix it is to:

1. Remove the switch
2. Remove the cover with the window icon from the switch
3. Reverse the switch, put the cover back on and replace it

Now it works like every other power window switch in the vehicles on his lot...
On the original 04 crossfire the switches are backwards as mentioned ,not sure when it was corrected. My switch covers install one way (without modification) had to replace one (failing) so now I have one correct and one reverse lol. May have to reverse wiring but garage too cold to care 😁
