Front Brake Pads
I've always been a huge fan of the EBC Greenstuff pads for street use. They have a higher friction coefficient that stock pads, and are pretty much dust-free. I use them with my street wheels on my Viper and have always been very happy with them. Not suitable for track use, but IMO unbeatable on the street. www.greatbrakes.com.
There was a post several weeks back asking about brake dust, someone posted a contact for MB pads. I contacted the them and, he had the pads for the Crossfire about $90 a pair. I have't gotten them yet, but everytime I clean the wheels I think I need too. I've been hoping someone would get them and report how good they are. I've never used crematic pads so I'am a little cautious. If you take the plunge let us know how they do.
If you need source info let me know, he sent me and e-mail which I have some where.

WMichaels - please keep us all updated on the green stuff pads, you thoughts, comments, feedback, etc. I've had my car for a week and just cleaned it this afternoon...now I know what everybody has been complaining about about the front rims being completely caked and blackened with brake dust. Also, let me know if you can actually see the green pads once they are installed, cause I wouldn't want green to be showing through. Maybe this really is the cure for the crossfire black rims blues.
Just finished putting mine on. I got the ebc ones, 'cuz they're cheaper and I thought I would try them. The rotex ones might be next, depending on how these hold up. Looks kind of neat to see little bit of green peeking out from under the wheel...No squeakes, no rattles. Everything I saw either had the MB 3 star or says MB on the brake caliper and pads. If you don't like the brake dust. This is a cheap mod for less than $65 (if you do it yourself).
The pads are green. They are noticeable if you,re looking for it. I think they look alright with the alabaster car. I think if I had a color other than Black or Alabaster I would get a can of Black "Header" paint (high temp paint) and paint over the green. That would work just fine. Or just get some other ceramic or low dust pad.
The stock pads do a fantastic job of stopping the car. But because the pad material is so soft you don't get the feel in the pedal that you do with a harder pad. Also with the soft pads I had noticed, on more than one occasion, that when pulling to a slow stop it would pull one way or the other. Not dramatically... Just enough that it was noticeable.
If you can live with all that nasty black dust, the stock pads are fine. My fun meter was way past pegged, when it came to cleaning the wheels every other day.
