Car Alarm
I'm wondering the same thing. Initially I thought that no chirp would be nice but now find that I miss the chirp when walking away from the car when locking the car and setting the alarm. I couldn't find any reference in the manual to enable the chirp.
Side note: I did reset the auto door locks so they don't automatically lock when the car starts rolling. It's frustrating to hop out to get in the trunk only to find it locked.

No chirps on the Crossfire. Lights blink 3 times on lock, once on unlock. Nothing in the manual about activating them at last browse, the dealer may be able to do it with the diagnostic console.
Personally, I prefer no chirps and love the auto locks. By the way, the door also automatically re-locks if you unlock with the remote and don't open it for around 30 seconds.

I have this problem on my NEON wheres on locking I get nothing, no chirp or flashing which is very annoying cos I walk away thinking if the car had locked. I always have to listen for the locking sound when pressing the remote
I would like some sort of chirp or bleep on the CROSSFIRE but the flashing indicators will do.

My Crossfire has a delay built into it for the alarm to activate (I'm sure everyone's does). I turned on the alarm with the window rolled down and waited about 20 seconds. When I reached in and opened the door from the inside I was welcomed with the LOUDEST, HIGHEST PITCH ALARM that I have heard in a car   ! If you try it just be prepared. You should see a red light flashing on the center console which indicates your alarm is set.
Have fun testing it!
