LOL, just building up some suspense. I'm hoping to have the front end painted and put back together by Friday of this week. I'm gonna hold off on shaving the rear side lights until after the big race/show this weekend as I don't have enough time.

Are you going to paint the vents the same silver color as the door handles/side strakes, and if not, what other color?

Vents will be body color....................."supercharged" and the "--" lines before and after will be painted accent silver.

Mike it all came together beautifully. Great job on the bodywork too. You're quite the "Craftsman".
Now you need to take a few days off, and go on a little roadtrip to the Dragon so all the "Hooded" cars can "pose" together.

Beautiful work! You should license a manufacturer to reproduce it in fiberglass or CF for the rest of us!

Excellent work! I do think this is a design that will have people wondering ... "What kind of car is that?" even more than now. 8-D

Keep us posted...

Cheers!

Well, I got the hood underside finished and painted body color yesterday, mounted it on the car and got it all prepped and masked today. Looks like it will be painted on Monday and I should be able to put it together next Tuesday!!!
