Default Non-retracting spoiler

The spoiler on my 2004 crossfire goes comes up as usual, however, it won't always retract. I know it won't be retracting because once it comes up my spoiler light begins to flash, in addition, I can't put it down manually until the light stops flashing. Can anyone shed some Light on my situation? What could be the problem and how can I fix it? The cost?

I had something similiar happen to mine, turned out I had a bad wheel speed sensor. You may wanna take it in and a diagnostics run.
