Re: V8 Crossfire Conversion Diary
Hey guys, I am still here. I have been working hard and saving up for worst case senarios. I am now going to get back into this. I still have a little more prework to do before exchanging the enigines. I am now thinking of trailiering the car to Beckamn technologies in Durham NC for the computer work once the mechanical work is done. He swears he can do this and my local guy is being too evasivel about costs and how long he will need the car. I going to contact Beckman tomorrow and see what he wants to program the car.

Very very exciting thread!! keep up the good work and good luck with everything, i will be checking back to see how it is all going! In all honesty they really should have put the V8 in initially, but with you paving the way, maybe we all can remedy that one crossfire at a time

PS: I have lowered the car by cutting the Eibachs 3/4 of a coil, removing the perch pads and modifying the wheel wells for clearance. The car is about 3" lower than OEM
