how much will you be selling the SRT6 rims for?

ThirteenDog,

The list was closed last sunday and I was financing at least 2 of them already, plus my own purchase. I wasn't sure of the ability to turn these around very quickly so I didn't get any extras, sorry.

dynamicS,

Sorry to disappoint, but I probably won't be selling the factory SRT6 rims just yet. I want to see if I'm happy with the new ones first.

No problem, but if one of the two you financed leaves you hanging I'll be glad to buy it off of you.

Does anyone know if the SB has a fail-safe mode? And what does it do in fail-save mode? Limp home feature?
Thank you for any input you can provide...I'm thinking of getting one just to confirm my suspicion of what it actually does to control throttle settings...

Based on how I understand it to work, it won't effect any of those things?...

Okay, just got a call from my wife at home and the Sprint Boosters were just delivered with a $199 C.O.D. on them.

It was stated that this is due to it being an international shipment. (Customs/Duty perhaps?)

We will be going to office depot or some other place for bubble mailers for these. I will also e-mail each person whose package has shipped.

I will contact those that are left (financed) for payment options.

Anyway, I thought I'd give everyone a heads up.

Good news...however, do we owe you more $$? Did the collection include the duty on the boosters? Let us know, okay!

No extra $$ needed on these. Everyone will be getting between $14 and $17 or so back (depending upon their initial payment).

HDDP and dynamicS, Your total is $254.39 (includes EVERYTHING) I have sent you each an e-mail/PM with the total and my info.

I hope to have these out in the mail today... at the latest tomorrow.

Thanks again for all who participated and got us such a great price!

Well as my first group buy experience, I'd like to thank you for doing all this work and serving the community - it's been very easy and your reporting follow-up are very good. Very cool of you. THANK YOU!!!

Now if only you could put **** like this on your resume, eh?...maybe we should all write a letter of recommendation.

Many thanks again!!!

I second the kudos! You have been fantastic in all aspects of this group buy! If I could hug you, I would!

Now, I hope I can figure out how to install the darn thing. Haven't broken the news to my husband of my purchase...thought I'd surprise him. Wish me luck!

No... I already financed two and purchased my own. I did not purchase extras for resale.

If I knew I was going to get four people asking even before the original list buyers had theirs delivered, maybe I would have bought an extra ten or so, just for me to resell.

Oh well... Hindsight is 20-20...

I plan to print those directions in poster size and hope my very un-mechanical husband won't blow a gasket in installing the part. He truly doesn't like messing with cars. I guess I should tell him about the booster one of these days...like today, before it arrives! ha ~
