Two of my cars need new mirror gaskets. I met a friend of a friend who works for a company in Phoenix that makes custom gaskets for commercial equipment. I gave him good gaskets and a mirror to make a cad design from and after a couple tries they made a pretty good replacement. The only drawback is they are flat without a lip but fit pretty well. They do not want to be involved with order taking or shipping but will supply them to me at a point that I could ship them in the US for $30 a pair. See the photos and if you want some reply and I will get them made and shipped.

Great idea, watch out for water leaking in, it may pool and wind up running inside the door. Just my opinion.

Actually they are a little soft and seat well.
