Default Intake Manifolds & Y-Pipe

Selling a set of OEM SRT6 Intake Manifolds and Y-pipe. Excellent condition. Also come with the rubber couplers and clamps (not pictured) for the Y-pipe. I took them off when i cleaned the parts and forgot them in the garage at picture time. Driver side manifold has an 1/8" barb fitting installed for either a boost gauge or intake temp gauge. Asking $200 obo plus shipping. No reasonable offer refused. Thanks for looking.

Would you say that by sand blasting the sealing faces that any chance of a good seal is gone?

Not at all. The rubber boots are more than adequately pinched against the pipe from the worm clamps holding them on. Plus they have raised lips at the edges. They'll be getting ported and polished inside only.

I was talking about the plenums, they had a finely machined surface on the bottom to clamp against a steel gasket. Looking at the way the SRT machined edges have been rounded a really coarse grit was used when glass beads, walnut shells etc would have been better to use. Whatever was used the machined surfaces should have been suitably masked.
That is my humble opinion, you may disagree.

I don't disagree with that at all. Didn't zoom in that close.

I don't think you would have a problem with the NW cork gaskets, but the factory gaskets would be useless.

They are perfectly fine. The edges of the lettering are semi-rounded from when i hand sanded them last year before i painted them. I simply glass beaded them to efficiently remove paint and any contaniments. Perfect mating surfaces still.
