We have arrangements in place allowing us to make a "group buy" purchase of these high quality Crossfire custom fabricated stainless steel wire mesh grille sets (in either polished or black finish). Our manufacturer is Zunsport located in the United Kingdom. You can visit their website at www.zunsport.com to see photos and get additional information on their quality products. I have asked that the ZunSport logo shown in the photos NOT be on our grilles.

We need to generate a minimum order of 10 three piece grille sets.

Pricing for the three piece grille set is as follows:

10 - 19 units $256.00 delivered via FedEx to anywhere in CONUS
20 + units $243.00 delivered via FedEx to anywhere in CONUS

Once we meet the minimum order for 10 three piece grille sets and complete our group buy, they will accept orders for just the upper grille or just the lower grilles. I will need to establish an updated cost for just the upper grille and / or just the lower grilles after our initial group buy order has been completed. I do know that your best deal for all three pieces will be to get in on this initial group buy order.

For the initial order, Zunsport estimates 5 -6 weeks from the time we place our order until the product ships (because they have to make templates using the original one of a kind grille they manufactured for Karl). Future orders will be fabricated and shipped much quicker.

Hey Dog, a couple questions?

1. Does the lower grill have the hole for the temp sensor?
2. Is this set a direct bolt-on? Or, is it a cut/fab on any mounting points?

Thanks for answering, I would rather have a take-off/put-on installation with no drilling/modifying.

 

I think the upper grille is designed / fabricated to be a direct bolt on unit. The lower grilles being open wire mesh should accommodate the temperature sensor without interference but I am double checking with the manufacturer on both questions just to be certain. I'll get back to you.

Very interested in all 3 pieces, gotta see about getting dollars together though. Battery replacement, NW Crossfire weekend and wife's birthday have tapped my budget for the time being. I'll update when I have the money together.

Here are your answers . . .

The main grille is fitted with brackets which utilize the original fitting points of the plastic crossfire grille so no modifications are required.

The lower grilles simply clip onto the front of the original ones so they do not affect the temperature sensor.

 

I've gotten a question about the fit of the upper grille . . . We determined that the grille actually fits perfectly. The photos appear to show a wider gap at the outside edges of the lower arc. That is an illusion created by the reflection of the black paint on the polished stainless steel finish of the grille.

If you visit the Zunsport website (link in post #1), you'll find a video showing how they manufacture their custom stainless steel wire mesh grilles. Worth the time to check it out. These guys are ARTISTS who take great care and pride in their workmanship, fitment and quality. They produce custom stainless steel wire mesh grilles for many high end autos. No worries here . . .

 

Is there anyway that the grill could come in more so it could be more straight not to slanted.what would be the wait time on the grill.

 

Making the grill go straighter up and down would be horrid. This design follows the flow of the hood. Add a center spine like my old grill and you have a winner. If this design is changed I'm out.

The center spine is an easy mod. Check my threads, I have pics. No need to add one really unless the manufacturer can do it easily. If they can, awesome. Its basically just a piece of CB antenna.

 

We are not reinventing the wheel here . . . :>) The grille design as shown in the photos is what we are buying . . . You can choose from polished stainless steel or black polymer stainless steel . . . no modifications. The estimated wait time can be found in post #1 (but I believe they get orders out much quicker).

 

Wow direct bolt-on, damn them parts look SWEET! Now I have to finess my banker (Mrs) into letting me spend some scarce cash on em! Red Dog, as usual, you have been super helpful!
