Re: Stock Exhaust
Hi Bill, Hope you and your sweetie are doing well. There have been some changes here in Kerrville. John has not been doing very well, in fact I just saw him yesterday. You may have heard that he sold traded both his Crossfires for a car for Eileen due to health issues.
I also sold Lolita- actually it's more like someone made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I guess it had to do with some nagging concerns about the difficulty of finding parts when things go wrong... also I was worried that the top problem that so many others had would bite me as well.
Anyway, I'm driving an '06 Mustang GT convertible. It is in cherry condition and a very rare Legend Lime color. It's loaded and I even like the five speed automatic.
I know you'd consider me a trader, and I have a whole wardrobe of shirts and hats I can't wear anymore, but actually I haven't had any real seller's remorse- yet!
I still hear from some of the Crossfire folks via Facebook. And I hear from Nick in Canada from time to time. I feel a little bit dis-owned but I'll just live with that. lol
Anyway, hope you and yours are doing well and that your Black Beauty is still treating you as well as you treat it!

Since I saw you last, I've made some changes to her but still stays in the garage most of the time. Eight years old this Nov. with 19,200 miles on the clock. The GTGs are not happening lately, just local cruise-ins. Have to start finding new blood for the club as everyone is selling or fading away. Maybe I'll get a Vette as there always seem to be a good turnout for cruise-ins and GTGs. The Mustangs do too. I've got my eye on a 2000 Corvette roadster if the price is right.
