Default Sprint Booster for sale

Well, I have had it just a couple weeks I think and now it is up for sale. My gfriend just cant drive the car right. She either spins the tires or slips the life out of the clutch. I love the feeling of the sprint booster. It is pretty much the best mod ever. The car feels like night and day but She refuses to drive the car with that thing in anymore and I need her to drive the car sometimes.

$200.00 Shipped to your door

I will take it out of the car tomorrow.

This is a standard non-selectable sprint booster for manual transmission crossfires but I have heard it will work with auto and manual. Doesn't matter. It will also work for srt-6.

It would be better if you posted this in the Private Classified section of this forum.

And because I am generally unhelpful I'll provide you a link to it just to try and counter that mentality.

You have no problem with a non-crossfire owner solicitor posting links to their web sites in here to collect money. But Muscle offers a sprint booster and suddenly he is not in "the correct place".

Next time jump on the solicitor... not Muscle.

ROFLMAO

Really like to follow me around don't you?

See my previous post? Do I ever tell Muscle not to post in this section? Nope, instead I point him to our Classified area where his thread will stay closer to the top, rather than dissappearing in a rather active area.

Seriously now, quit being a troll.

So you are really doing muscle a favor by "helping him" and "correcting" him.... Nice logic.

Next time show the solictor the door out of this forum. Not muscle.

I believe the manual sprint booster is not recommended for the auto, but the one for the auto can be used on the manual for a less aggressive throttle.

Bill F, now that you've gone and done it, tell me what you think and what part of the 3 sisters do you want to race on?

As Iam testing the selectable one, I will have a standard SRT automatic style one for sale soon. The one I have is 100% I need it to compare the two and then mine will be extra and up for sale. Woody

By the look of that shifter **** you already got me beat. You lead the pack and I'll try and catch up with you on the 90 degree curves.

Deborah, according to what I have been reading, sprint boosters arent specially made for auto or manual cars. They are made sensitive, semi-sensitive, etc. The selectable ones (new ones) includes auto transmission (semi sensitive) and manual transmission (sensitive). You get to select whichever settings you wish to drive the car. So if you are driving an automatic car and have a selectable sprint booster, you have the option to select sensitive (race) mode, which is like the one I have. So, this will work on auto crossfires as well. Somebody correct me if I am wrong. Thank you.

I don't know anything about the selectable sprint boosters but for the original sprint boosters they were made as follows:

1. BDD 451 - manual trans only.

2. BDD 451A - auto trans but may be used on manual trans for less agressive response.

3. BDD 451A2 - SRT6

I've had mine for about 5 years and was involved in the 1st group buy on the forum and this was how they were sold. I hope this helps.

Ok so this is strictly for manual? Anyone care to explain WHY it would not work on an automatic vehicle?

It might, but the response curve would be taylored differently.
BTW why are you not getting the selectable SB so you can have night and day settings for the SQUEEZE??Woody

I am positive that manual one would work on an auto vehicle. According to what I have been reading here, they are all the same stuff with different sensitivity levels, and manual one happens to be the most sensitive.

I would love to keep this one because I love the feeling. You tap the gas and the car responds CRAZY. My gf doesnt like it. she says it is too much of a response for her. She also either spins the tires or slips the clutch which I dont like when she drives. So I decided to sell it.
