Default Winter & the Xfi

I have read a number of posts that reference members garaging their Crossfires for the winter. My Xfi is my only current vehicle, my first rear wheel drive car, and I'm a New Orleans native (no experience driving in snow until the past few years in DC). I have easy access to public transportation so it's no problem to leave her garaged when it's snowing, sleeting, hailing, etc. That might be 12-15 days per winter in D.C.. I just thought I should check to see if there is any other reason to keep the Xfi put away on all the other winter days, when there's no wintery precipitation. Better to ask now.

Except for the salt and dirt on the roads you should have no trouble if you leave it home during in climate weather.
