There is a hinged cover over the port, it is right close to the hood release.

I really would like to buy one just to have any recommendations? Thank you very much. Also the CPS all shops have but TPS seems like no place have it ?? Any suggestions??

I like the Launch CRP123, but that's a personal choice.
TPS for Throttle Position Sensor or Tire Pressure Sensor ?

TPS Is for the throttle but my light is on for tire pressure monitoring system also sence I had it for 4 days.

As far OBD it's in my price range. So I am gonna buy it. Is it pretty easy to use and read.

There are actually 2 Throttle Position Sensors, one is in the throttle body itself and the other is in the gas pedal.

Ok should I just replace both of them or get the check engine light figured out ? Also do you or anyone recommend certain brand name part to replace both of them. I want to get this fixed asap. Thanks

The throttle body you should get from a scrap yard ( Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market ) as new ones are waaaay too expensive.
As to the gas pedal assembly,

Ok unless I am readingreading each part is couple hundred bucks, if that's the issue I can replace them both myself. But I came out on break just now sat in my car temp came up to normal. And I pressed the gas and rpms barely moved...this has to be something simple to fix.
