Default Southern Indiana /Illinois/Kentucky trip

I would like to organize a one day trip beginning in Evansville and traveling through Southern Illinois, down through Kentucky and back to Evansville. I organized this once before with a motorcycle group and it is a great drive thru Shawnee National Forest, crossing the Ohio River on a ferry at Cave In Rock, and then traveling through Kentucky back to Evansville. It is about 200 miles round trip. I can make all the arrangements if folks from out of town would be interested in staying overnight.
I was thinking about mid or late September . Anybody interested?

I replied to this in "Indiana Meet and Greet", have we got two threads open???? Any weekend between now and the dragon except 9/19 - 20 and 9/26 - 27. I've got a hot date with a walleye in South Dakota on those days.

I started this thread and then ran across the "Indiana Meet and Greet" thread from before. Sorry....I will continue this on there from now on. Terry

Not a problem. Looks like James 1549 in Cinnci is interested too. That makes 4 of us if we can set a date that all can make. I'm open to either of your suggested routes as long as the walleyes don't interfere. If they do, maybe I'll see you at the dragon.

I get down to Evansville once in awhile (there is a store there called "American Legacy Fishing Company" that I'm addicted to). The red crossfire roadster (with the Arizona plates) gets parked outside of it a lot lately. See you on the "Meet and Greet"
