Description:
I made a post on here about a year ago searching for a machine gray coupe with a cedar interior. I wanted a stock one, that is still my goal however I have accepted that that specific car is near impossible and would accept just a machine gray coupe with a manual with any interior and then I could swap it or dye the interior afterwards. I would also be willing to settle for an alabaster manual coupe if it had the cedar interior as long as it was an '05 or up. I would want the car to have ideally 50-70,000 miles although I would take slightly higher for the right car. Thank you all for your help.

Almost ended up getting an '04 alabaster over cedar with a manual. Only had 20k miles and was up for 10k and a 1 owner. I talked to the seller but after a couple questions he never got back to me, I assume partially because the distance since they're in Washington but I was willing to go that far for the miles and the price and the color combo, i wish it would've worked out so bad. Plus a road trip would've been pretty fun.

Or, maybe he was uncomfortable with the questions you poised (something maybe amiss with the car)?

That could be as well, if that's the case I'm glad I didn't go all the way across the country to get it. It was also a 2004 so I'm a little less bummed than I would be since its not quite exactly what I wanted. It's really not terribly difficult to find a alabaster with cedar the problem is in decent shape unmodified and mileage and the manual especially makes it hard, they all seem to be automatics which I knew most crossfires were but still it hurts lol.

Just kidding.😉

Maybe, he said he had a couple people coming to look at it last weekend and said he'd update me but he never got back to me and it hasn't been taken down or marked as sold yet so I don't know.
Re: WTB, alabaster or machine gray manual coupe
If you don’t know, then call the seller again.
the worst thing he can say is it’s been sold
or the other perspective buyers may also be No shows.
Want to know the status. Just ask
This way you can act on this opportunity or pursue anther vehicle. Good luck on whatever approach you decide to take.
(the Alabaster white one that was listed as stolen on another thread really looked to be in great shape)

Re: WTB, alabaster or machine gray manual coupe
I'm wanting a coupe. I also can't find yours posted anywhere, could you message me or post the link, I might consider depending on mileage and everything? Thanks.
Re: WTB, alabaster or machine gray manual coupe
Look at his posts and you will find it, red with 64,000 miles.
Re: WTB, alabaster or machine gray manual coupe
I see now. I thought it was alabaster so that's what I was looking for. If I was getting a convertible I'd want it to be alabaster or machine gray with cedar for sure.
Re: WTB, alabaster or machine gray manual coupe
I've also thought about it a little bit and after owning my miata for a bit and having top down experience and in order to increase my chances a bit I would also consider a roadster if it was machine gray with a manual (cedar interior preferred) or possibly an alabaster with a manual if it had cedar interior and was an '05 or up.
