Easy to find, around $40. Google 'Mercedes 2003 SLK320 blower motor resistor". Do not pay over $50 for a new one and do not buy a used one.

 

I'm looking for the one that is soldered inside the hvac control. Not the one at the blower motor.

 

You have to buy them from eBay and the sellers are all in Europe so it will take a while to come. You can buy another used HVAC control on eBay to hold you over or it might last a long time.

I bought some of those resistors if you need some. I’ll go back and check, but I’m guessing they were just a dollar or two apiece.

I haven’t had to use these resistors yet. I just bought some to have handy. As a result, I can’t guarantee that they are perfect fit, but I believe they match what maggy has been using.

PM me or browse eBay for some. They still seem to be coming from the UK for some reason. But they were pretty quick to ship them to me.
