The last guy that had my car was very mucho grande and broke the driver side right bracket that holds the cushion to the seat frame. Any ideas on how to fix it? Ziptie?

You want that seat tied down as strong as it ever was. In the event of an accident you want to be tied in to a solid seat, and as the seat may be weakened entirely I would get it checked out.
I worked at a place once where a previous employee was mucho grande as well and most of the chairs had been broken. We said all those chairs had been tonnage tested by Tiny. He later had a heart attack, go figure.
