That looks awsome Bob!!!

Is this reversable? if you end up taking the cf off will there be any marks left on the car I wonder? due to the adhesive spray.

Hey John, I do not think that it would be reversible. I would think that whatever you used to remove the adhesive would not be good for the plastic. Not sure though. That is the main reason that I started out small, to make sure that it was a look that I wanted. I may look around for replacement pieces in the future, as I would like to have all the parts to go back stock if I decided. Thanks for the compliment.

If I remember correctly, you will be going to the track tomorrow. Good luck with that, and have a great time. Let me know how you did. Cheers.

The only thing I would say is be careful when stretching the fabric (especially CF). After working with several different fabrics to wrap car parts, I've definitely noticed it is easy to distort the matte on the fabric and probably even more so with CF fabric...gotta make sure all your ducks are in a row.

Good luck with this, can't wait to see a finished product.

Howard,
Cool, I am glad yours came in Howard. I am excited to see how it looks. Hurry and get some pieces done and post some pics. Oh, and you think the material is slick, wait till you get it stretched and installed on a piece. It is hard to describe, other than to say it has a very luxurious feel to it. Keep us updated on your progress.

I saw a picture somewhere where a clearcoat was put on over it on a spoiler. I did not think it looked good at all with the clear coat. I will try and see if I can find that pic again for you.

Thumbs up Re: CF Wrap came today

That looks A1. I should have the Titanium Matte CF material today or tomorrow. I'll do something small and share then.

Jury duty starts tomorrow. Selection process, anyways.

Ugh......that sucks!

Just remember.....government is too big, you don't believe the justice system works, there's no real deterrent to crime in this country, and you firmly believe in death by slow torture!

Hey, come on by anytime. They also have silver CF that may look better with your interior. hCarter just got some for his car.

I saw on another forum that Goof-off works great to remove the glue with no ill effects on the plastic or paint. Warm the wrap and peel it off and then use the Goof-off.
I have no connection with the Goof-off company, I just have shares in it, just a few, well actually lots, OK I own it to be honest. I am the Goof in Goof-off, my partner is F. Off.
Just kidding. But you knew that eh?

Take a rope with with a noose in it and say you're ready for jury duty, you'll soon be out on the street again.

I like the CF look, not got the guts to do it though.
