Looks like he is back under another new user account. The tell tale signs are the seller location, comments in the each listing, and the negative feedback. As I could be wrong I'm not going to list the ID. Purchases may go fine but buyer beware.

Very interesting! I'm surprised that ebay keeps letting him on their site. I guess not enough people have complained to ebay and paypal. If he keeps surfacing I hope everyone will let us know.
