Prayers go out to Joe and his family and friends and loved ones
I have met Joe on a few occasions and he's a wonderful and friendly guy and this is indeed sad news for our Crossfire Community

Joe seen here at the May 2012 Texas Motor Speedway (TMS) GTG

Well, I was in a pretty bad way not long ago - sure feels better to feel better and I wish the same for him.

I'll put a word of prayer in for him.

Likewise on the prayers! Met Joe at CAA#4, and nothing but a pleasure to socialize with.

Hopefully not too serious, and wish him a speedy recovery. Can't have a xf guy down.

Every time I see a new post in this thread my heart skips a beat
I wont go into specifics but from what I have been told privately it is life threatening.
I hope by some miracle he can survive this...he's just the nicest guy you could ever meet

Same here. Joe is a really good guy. We had the pleasure of meeting him and Helena at CAA3 in Nevada. It seemed like the atmosphere centered around him and his lighthearted, always cheerful way.

I imagine even with a speedy recovery he probably isn't going to make it to CAA5. Small concern I know, but I also know the Crossfire is a bit part of Joe and missing an event will be hard on him.

Keep fighting Joe, we are all pulling for you!

As a survivor I would like to ask that anyone living near Joe and Helena to print these comments and give it to them. The support and kind words I received from my Family, Friends, Crossfire owners and Co-Workers gave me that extra urge to mentally be prepared to tackle such an ominous foe. Joe and Helena, believe in yourselves and know that you have an external family praying for you during this difficult time.
