We let our 'number 1 son' drive our car last week in Bandera...he said to his wife, "You've got to feel what I felt!" He then left some rubber on the street...about 20 feet or so...LOL! Mom loved it, and he had this big grin on his face!

My last car was a manual and the wife could not drive a manual.
When I got this one she said "Oh good, it's an auto I can drive that".
I said "No way, it's to powerful for you to handle".
I need to hide the keys.
My son drove more than half the trip back from Florida with it.
I hope he has fond memories of it as that's probably the last time I'll let him drive it. LOL

I let my parents drive it down the street one time but I was following behind in their car - keeping an eye on them. Danimal drove it once when we replaced the brake pads. I think that Chuk and I were dating for over a year before I let him drive my car but now he has full access.
I won't even let people PARK next to them, I really never going to let anyone drive them!!! I will let a XF owner drive mine but that's because I feel like they respect the ride!!!

The wife drives it all the time and loves it. She loves the additional power from my latest mods.
My 15 y/o daughter on the other hand drove it and hated it. She's said it's too confined. The power didn't help things either, as she said it scares her.

I let Steve, John, Kim (John's wife), Dad, Dylan (only twice, never again ugh), and friend from work, and i'm sure there are others.
For me it's just a car and if I trust them I'll let them enjoy it.

Who hasn't driven my car? My wive drives it when I take the Challenger. My son learned to drive in the crossfire. Heck, he took his road test in the crossfire, while it was snowing! And of course he passed... my daughter loves to drive it. I've offered to let all of the kids friends take it for a (supervised) drive but none of them have taken me up on it.

My friend Ray (who was with me last Oct Tail-O-The-Dragon) and my son drove it back to Ray's house when I bought it. He drobe that car like crazy! Since then no-one else has driven that car but me (local chrysler dealer service dept tech when A/C control went out doesn't count). Took them four visits to fix that A/C control over a 5 week period. Anyway, that all the drivers!

Well to date only Myself and Bigkid , My grandson can't walk by it in the garage without reminding me he gets his permit next spring ... I'm going to let him take his driving test in it after we do one of those (get to know your car sessions) and a little hands on training....I remember when I got mine ,in a friends TVR ,, priceless.

Many folks have driven my car, and I believe all have truly enjoyed it. Molly gets too nervous, even though she has driven it flawlessly 8-10 times, so I keep trying to get her to take it out herself, but she hasn't yet...

Only one other person has driven my SRT besides me, and that is my best friend who is also a gear head and crossfire (base) owner.
He is also an auto writer and does a considerable amount of driving different vehicles.
Other than that no one has driven my car...
When I had my base model I did let my dad drive it because I had to head to the airport for a business trip and didn't want to leave the crossfire at the airport...so I took his car and he took mine.
Favorite quote from when my dad was driving the XF, "This thing does 80 pretty easily, especially considering I am in reverse!"
Ahh, good times.

Mother, father, sister, wife, uncle in-law, great uncle, brother in-law, Sister's boyfriend, one of the neighbor kids and any friend of mine that has wanted to.
It is just a car and I make it a point to remember that and treat it that way no matter how much I love the little baby car. After wrecking my first car after having it for about 3 hours, my father asked me, "What are you going to do?"
Being 16 for about 8 hours I replied, "Get beat by you?"
My dad said, "Why? It is just a car and I could care less about a car. I car about you! What are you going to do to pay me back for the car and how are you going to get to school and work?"
Saying that I still do not lend this car out for extended amounts of time lol. For that you get the Jeep, Prius, the old ford or one of the two Vespas.
