Good luck getting a replacement, especially since they look like the wheels on our XFires. You may need to replace both and I expect there are kits around to do that -- at least generic ones.

Seriously, is there not any manufacturer name on the luggage? Sorry, I'm too lazy to go look at mine. But my regular travel luggage is TravelPro and there is a local shop where I've had the wheels replaced.
