Default Exterior Lights

Hi to all, I am a new member and am the original owner of a 2006 Crossfire LMT Roadster Convertible, auto stick with 36K mileage. It is black, garage kept and stored, nice weather driving only and I live in Colorado. I am having electrical issues which this forum has helped me better understand. Original issue is it would (1)start then stall,(2) start then stall, (3) nothing/dead. Per this forum I did the battery disconnect and re-soldered the points on the ECM board. Just put in new battery which shows 12.58 volts. Tried starting and (1)start then stall,(2) start then stall, (3) started up and runs fine so I drove it around the block and all seemed normal. Problem now is the right side yellow turn signals front an back and dash right green arrow stay on as soon as I connect the new battery and will not turn off. Since this will drain the new battery I need to figure this out. Can anyone out there give me some help? It would be very much appreciated.

Do they stay on or do they continually flash, as if the lever is in "Right Turn"?

If they are on steady, I'd suspect the CLP/SSM (Central Locking Pump/Security System Module) in the rear passenger side wheel well. It has probably been exposed to water, this is a common complaint. You can yank the connector from the module, if they go out, there is your issue - if they stay on, we have more homework to do.

If they blink, I'd suspect the Multifunction Switch.

I think the headlamp switch is not in the straight up off position.

He said he has had the car from new, but I suppose the car is older like the driver.😜
Could be a case of Occam’s razor.
