license plate light
My left license platelight is not working...right one is...possivble problem?...changed bulb.....not working...replaced unit...not working...took left one and placed in right...not working...took off panel...only see two wires and socket...any ideas as to the problem?...thanks

I wouldn't expect the bad bulb to work; Try putting the right bulb into the left. ( I'm sure you did, just reading what you wrote)
2 Break out the volt meter and check for power 12v DC.
3 Clean the bulb sockets contacts

LED bulbs only work with the positive and negative wires correctly attached, if the wires are switched the bulb does not light up.
