Windshield wipers grommets

Do both wipers have grommets where they go through the mounting panel?

Apparently not, the drivers side doesn't quite line up right, but others have trimmed and installed one themselves.

Pioneer4x4 is right. Many Crossfires do not have a grommet on the driver's side wiper stud because the plastic trim panel does not line up quite right there. You can trim the hole with an exacto knife and you can also tweak the trim panel fitment position a bit. Doing so will allow you to install a grommet for the driver's side too. While you're playing around in there it's a good idea to remove that plastic trim panel completely and clean out the water drain tubes. Those clogged drains are a problem waiting to happen. Ask me how I know . . .
