I am going insane...
I am going insane...
Ok, I have changed many lights with my wife (small hands) helped. Usually my warning light comes on, we walk the car to see what is out. This last one was the drivers side Headlight (low beam) and we changed it easily. Turned on the light all is working fine.
Ok I got into the 2007 Roadster and what??? The warning light is still on ??? We check every light on the car (trunk included) and all are on. Is there a way to know what light is out. Yes, I checked the interior light also. I used the bulb check list to see if I checked all.
Help me before I have to take it to a dealer...any ideas why the Warning light is still on?
Thanks for your replies and Ideas.

Re: I am going insane....
Haha, i have the same problem.
Checked them all, Front, back, reverse, interior cabin, interior dashboard, trunk.
I'll just ignore the lightindicator for now. Changed the licenseplate for LED's more then a year ago and didn't get a warning.
And changed 1 of my parking lights in the front for LED, didn't change the otherone yet because its a pain to reach it.
Good luck with it!

Re: I am going insane....
I was about to go crazy a while back with the same issue. It ended up being the left front side marker bulb. The filament would sometime make connection and sometimes not. Seemed when I shut the door or hit a bump it would react. After pulling the bulbs and looking at them all with a magnifying glass I noticed the slight disconnect. Good Luck!
Re: I am going insane....
Thanks for the comments. I have check this even in the dark. hahaha I will check that last bulb I changed, for I am putting in all "Ultra" bulbs when they go out. I hope I can find the concern. My wife's car always tells her the tires need air which they don't Have check this for months....

Ok here is my list:
Front light bulbs (low and High Beams) both sides
Fog lamps both sides
Turn signals both sides
All 4 panel lights
Brake lights ( I changed one that was low.)
Turn signals both sides
Back up lights (reverse)
interior map light
Trunk light
License plate lights (2)
Ok What did I miss? A secret light I do not know? "Redrum..."Redrum!"

Re: I am going insane....
Interior lights do not trigger the bulb out indicator.
When I put the car in reverse the BULB OUT light comes on, trouble is both of the reverse lights are on.
When I am driving the dash light is hidden by my hand. So I only see it when my hand is out of the way, like when I have selected reverse.

Re: I am going insane....
might not make any sense, but also verify the ratings of the bulbs, especially aftermarket.when replacing some indicators with fancy leds, they dont register pulse without the use of flasher relays.good luck with the twin.might be time to buy a tester and run ratings of all bulbs ,car on ,car off, futher from battery to closer.know sounds wild but certain situations call for such actions.any electrical wise circut guy in new jersey charges 150 dollars to show up and 85 an hour after ,with a minimum 3 hour call.
