Paint Job & Fog Light Inquiry

So I have two things that I'm wanting to know a little more about.

1. I'm going to be getting a new paint job for my 06 XF LE in the near future. My XF is black, but I'm wanting to go for a matte black paint job. I'm wondering if anyone has ever seen a XF with a matte black paint job.

2. Also, I'm looking into switching out my regular fog light for yellow fog lights. But I have one possible issue I might run into, finding a yellow light that's brightness would be equal to my current fog light. I'm wondering if anyone has changed their fog light to a colored light bulb and if they has any issues with the brightness.

I have the 3,000 K HID's and like them.

Matte black has always sparked my interest but I think it is risky.
