Dang! According to the pictures in the ad, they're BRIGHT! I've been internet shopping and checking the forum for two hours looking for the "perfect" bulb
Mrmiata, what is your opinion on the one I posted?

 

The "Cree" get the job done.. I do have single led's in my custom diffusers (red) that are amazingly bright.. but I think results have been less than desirable on the cluster bulbs..
Lets just say with the ones I'm running..(red cased).. backing into my pole barn in pitch black is not an issue at all..

 

Ok...one more dumb question: how are the red case and silver case lights different?

 

Lol.. Like I tell the shop hands.. the only "dumb" question is the one you didn't ask..

Actually they look to be the same.. "personally" I'd go with the silver.. as the red case can be seen in the housing.. silver will "disappear" in the socket..
