As far as I know they are legal in all 50 states
And best of all no bulb out indicator on the dash

Someone below mentioned screws not neccessary with these? I thought I saw screw holes in the lenses. If nothing is in the holes wouldn't water/dirt/bugs get in there and muck everything up? Just ask'in!

Just ask'in!

The new ones are sealed and just snap in.
No screws like the OEM ones with removable covers

Buddy. If I have to justify one set, how would I go about 'splaining yours?

Correct.

I completely understand reloading the larder, I had ordered a set anyway - was just pulling your chain to hear the flushing noise )
