Default Will these work without resistor?...

....2 x 12V Super White 168/194/2825/T10 LED Rear License Plate Light Bulbs | eBay

I'm assuming these will trigger the "failed bulb lamp"...?

They will not fit. You need a "Festoon" type bulb, 37 mm (?) I think.

Maxichon is correct and yes, it will trigger the "light out" lamp

The ones I linked to have an option for the "Non "CANBUS" error type. About 1/4 of the way down the page.

Thanks guys for the info....even though they were advertised under "Chrysler Crossfire", the seller makes available a compatibility link....the link says they are not compatible for Crossfires....I'm curious about the last link provided for the SLK320 advertsing "no error". Built in resistor maybe?
