We figured it would be cool to have the original two not so stock hooded Crossfires together for a little photoshoot. Here are the results.........

Nice. Very nice times two. The alabaster reminds me of the scoop I once put on the hood of my white '63 Corvair Monza.

It didn't actually work, either.

Very nice, I wish my front lawn was that size, then I would volunteer to cut it instead of letting the better half do it.

15,000sq ft front yard and only 525 of it has fake grass that I just have to broom off every month.........the rest is all desert landscaping and a lot of concrete. No cutting or watering the grass.

Great shots guys. I had the pleasure of seeing that white scoop in my mirror for 800+ miles on the way to CAA this year. You guys need a red one in the next pic...

I didn't even get a call..............just a knock at the door. I"m sure Mike could be convinced to stop by again before he leaves since he's staying less than 10 miles away from my house.

Maybe someday one of the organizers of these giant Crossfire meets will set one up in Las Vegas. I'm sure people could find something to do while in town.

You know, I never fathomed both of these car being photographed together, due to the distance separating you two. But it's a beautiful sight, and I'm a huge fan of both of y'all.

Great shots!!!

Mike and I have been trying to hook up ever since I got here last week. But my Daughter and her Boyfriend have been keeping us pretty busy travelling all over the place.
I just took a chance that he would be home when I drove by his new house, and sure enough, he was there.
His place is a car collectors dream, (and really layed out nice inside and out as well). The swimming pool is 75' long!!! Really cool circular driveway too.
You wouldn't want to meet a nicer (more talented) guy either. I got to meet one of his friends as well, but sadly missed seeing his lovely Wife this time.
Andrew, one of the very best things about owning this car, is meeting "other" Crossfire owners. That's why all our GTG's are such a success. I try to make it to as many as I can.
I just thought it was really nice of Mike to paint his new house to match my interior.
Thanks again Mike for your great hospitality as always.

Very cool pics seeing thoes two together. It is true the added bonus of this forum are the people you meet when the Crossfires get together.

Thanks for the kind words and it was nice to see you again............you're welcome to stop by any time. I am glad you were able to bring your xfire this time and it looks much better in person. It's crazy how the pool here has more square footage than my first house did. lol

Does any one know where you can get a hood that looks like the hood on the white one?
Thanks
