Default Chrome Door Handle Covers

After searching the forum I found out that the Mercedes Benz R170 Chrome Door Handle Covers that I see all over eBay will NOT fit the Crossfire...

Google has failed me (or I have failed myself ) and I could not locate a set that would fit..

I am NOT looking for the shell (part that goes behind the actual handle), rather I am looking for the actual handle cover itself.

Though I see some people's cars with them..

Anyone know where I might purchase a set? The cheapest and/or plastic would be preferred as I am going to cover them with Carbon Fiber adhesive sheet anyway.

Thanks,
Eric

I dont think ther're out there. I tried some once for an SLK and it was a major NO'GO. Ours has a spine runing the length and is longer. I had them on my mustang and they seemed ok but honestly, everytime I opened the door it just felt cheep and didnt look so good up close.

Thanks for the info Mike,

I just recently discovered that the Limited's come with silver door handles/strakes.... So now I'm trying to get myself a set of those so I can keep my original (black) ones as well!

Eric

Bluefire, can you share the company that did your chroming? And also the price too? Thanks
