Default Spoiler lift at engine start

Just had the smog checked and I noticed that the spoiler was up. Have driven it twice since and notice that the spoiler is up as I start the car and reverse it. Anyone experience this? Does it need to be reset?

You most likely have a weak battery. If you are still running the original battery, I would replace it. A weak battery is know to cause this symptom.

Do you have a check engine light ? If so, could be a rear wheel speed sensor ...

Thanks! I was starting to sense a weaker start. I'll swap the battery.

Curious how a wheel sensor could cause this issue?

This is exactly what happened to me when my battery got weak. New battery and wing stayed down at start up.
