I found a body kit, side skirt and bumper!
If you're not a fan of it don't worry about it. I like the side skirts. I'm looking into the story behind this body work still, but the owner send me these pictures this week and I invited him to come to the forum and talk about his car.

The last photo, in which the driver is coming out of an "S" curve appears to be European.
The track is a dedicated road course. The advertisement is rather large and depicts a six legged animal with a red blurb coming from its mouth. Above and to the left of this animal is the term "ENI."
A quick google search returns several results that ENI is a multinational Italian oil and gas company. A link to wikipedia is below regarding ENI.
I would think it is fair to say that this Crossfire is European and hey may or may not even know of the forum's existence, lol.
The side skirts do look nice.

Hey, good job! It is a european owner! I'm still hoping he will come and tell us more. But at least the pictures are archived here now so if more people decide to make body kits they have this one to look at. I think the only famous side skirts are the Reiger and AMG, so here is one more.
