NEW Rear Diffusers !!!
Re: NEW Rear Diffusers !!!
Looks Good. Stick with it and clean it up. I was thinking of going with this type of design my self, but decided to design a complete rear body kit instead that would give the car an over all lower and more aggressive profile. ETA, DEC 2010. FYI, SRTSIX has a really crazy design in the works also. So, at the end of the day, there should be something 4 everyone

It appears that even in the last pic, the uprights aren't square. On pics 1,2, and 3, there appears to be the front edge of the top "between" flat piece, sticking slightly out of line. I realize that this could possibly be a proto-type mock up, but closer and better pics should be taken, even from the bottom up. Or if it is a proto mock up, advise us of it. It appears to be on the right track, and could end up as being a nice change for a diffuser design .... but from the way it looks, my Grandson could make something like that in his Shop Class Just my $.02

Re: NEW Rear Diffusers !!!
I doctored up one of the top revisions, and smoothed out a few lines. I removed the exhaust tips simply because they were crooked... we all can imagine what our tips look like.
Anyways, I made the transition between the vented area and the bumper a bit more gradual. Also, I made the area above the tips extend straight across, instead of arching upward.
Personally, I love the more aggressive bumper. To me it blends well with the three strakes on the front fender. A great design (on cars in general) is when certain design elements are repeated throughout the body. That's why I've always said we needed hood vents like the new SLK 55.... thee strakes, and it would blend with the fenders.
The bottom two are BASICALLY choices that we already have access to, a-la CTD (click on the SSB SRT-6)...

Re: NEW Rear Diffusers !!!
Ive put a little more thought into the design of these..
There will be two stages:
Stage One ($175)- Will look almost identical to the mopar design. Only difference is that the two vertical parts will be a little longer than on the mopar.
Stage Two ($200)- will include stage one and also come with the bottom plate. This will be mounted to the two verticals using provided hardware.
